This policy explains how Dwarka Dheesh Mega Mart delivers orders placed on www.dwarkadheesh.com.

Delivery area

We currently deliver across Pataudi, Haryana and nearby villages within our serviceable area. During checkout, your delivery address / pincode is used to confirm whether delivery is available.

Delivery timelines

Orders are usually delivered within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary with product availability, order volume, weather, or local conditions. You will be notified if your order is delayed.

Delivery charges

Applicable delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you pay and depend on the order value and delivery location. Orders may qualify for free delivery above a minimum order value, as indicated at checkout from time to time.

Order tracking & receiving

We will keep you informed of your order status by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order and check items on delivery. For perishable goods, please refrigerate promptly.

Undelivered orders

If we are unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, no one being available, or the area being outside our serviceable zone, we will contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
